ePlatform Isn’t Working in My Web Browser
If ePlatform is not loading or responding in your browser, check your internet connection, refresh the page, try another browser, and clear the stored ePlatform website data.
Check your connection
Confirm that your device is connected to the internet and that another website can be opened in the same browser.
Refresh and sign in again
- Refresh the ePlatform page.
- If the problem continues, sign out of ePlatform.
- Close the browser.
- Open the browser again.
- Return to your library’s ePlatform portal.
- Sign in and repeat the affected action.
Try another browser
Open the same ePlatform portal in another modern browser, such as Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.
If the page works in another browser, the original browser may be using outdated cached files or cookies.
Clear stored browser data
Clear the browser’s cookies and cached files, then return to ePlatform and sign in again.
For browser-specific instructions, see the article eBooks or Audiobooks Aren’t Displaying in the Web Portal.
Identify the affected page or title
Record whether the problem occurs when:
- opening the ePlatform portal;
- signing in;
- browsing or searching;
- opening a particular eBook or Audiobook;
- borrowing or reserving; or
- using the Admin area.
Test another title if the problem occurs while reading or listening. This helps determine whether one title or the complete portal is affected.
Need help?
Ask your teacher or librarian if ePlatform remains unavailable.
Library staff can email support@eplatform.co and include:
- the library name and portal URL;
- the browser being used;
- the affected page or title;
- whether another browser works; and
- the error message displayed, if any.
