If you are trying to log in to ePlatform but can’t find your library, here are a few things to try:
- Check your spelling. Make sure you’ve entered the full library or school name correctly. Even small typos can stop it from appearing.
- Try a different search term. Sometimes your school may be listed under its full name, abbreviation, or a different campus name.
- Use a setup code. If your school gave you a setup code, enter that instead of searching by name (Setup code can be found on your school's ePlatform portal under the 'Library' page).
Scan a QR code. Some schools provide a QR code that will automatically add your library when you scan it.
If you still can’t find your library, ask your teacher or librarian for help. They’ll be able to give you the correct details or a setup code.
