The ePlatform App Won’t Install or Update
The ePlatform app is available through the Apple App Store and Google Play. If it cannot be installed or updated, confirm that you are using the correct store listing and check whether the app is available for your device.
Open the correct app listing
Apple App Store:
Google Play:
Amazon App Store:
Open the appropriate store listing and select the available install or update option.
The app is not available
If the store does not offer the app for your device, the device or operating system may not meet the requirements shown in the app-store listing.
Check the compatibility information in the Apple App Store or Google Play for the device being used.
An update will not install
- Confirm that the device has an internet connection.
- Close the app store.
- Restart the device.
- Open the app store again.
- Return to the ePlatform listing.
- Select the available update.
Use the web portal
If you cannot install the app, you can still access ePlatform through a modern web browser such as Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.
Open the ePlatform portal supplied by your school or library and sign in using its configured authentication method.
Need help?
Ask your teacher, librarian, or device administrator if the app store prevents installation or updating.
Library staff can email support@eplatform.co and include:
- the library name;
- the device being used;
- the device operating system;
- whether installing or updating is affected; and
- the message displayed by the app store.
