Supported Devices for the ePlatform App
The ePlatform app is available for supported Apple, Android, Chromebook, and Amazon devices. If you are using a Windows or Mac computer, you can access ePlatform through your web browser instead.

Supported devices

Apple devices
The ePlatform app is available for supported iPhones and iPads through the Apple App Store.

The App Store listing displays the current operating-system requirements and confirms whether the app is compatible with your Apple device.
Android devices and Chromebooks
The ePlatform app is available through Google Play for supported:
- Android phones;
- Android tablets; and
- Chromebooks that support Google Play apps.
Google Play will confirm whether the app is available for your particular device.
Amazon devices
The ePlatform app is available for compatible Amazon devices through the Amazon Appstore.

The Amazon Appstore listing will confirm whether the app is compatible with your device.
Windows and Mac computers
You do not need to install the ePlatform mobile app to use ePlatform on a Windows or Mac computer.
Open your school's or library's unique ePlatform website address in a supported web browser, then go to its sign-in page.
If you do not know the website address, ask your teacher or librarian or search for your library at Find Libraries .

eReaders
eReaders do not use the standard ePlatform mobile app. Compatible eReaders may access supported eBooks using Adobe Digital Editions.

Check whether your device is compatible
- Open the appropriate app-store link on the device you want to use.
- Review the compatibility information shown by the app store.
- If the app is available, follow the store's instructions to install it.
App requirements can change when new versions are released, so the relevant app-store listing provides the most current compatibility information.
If you cannot install the app
- Check whether an operating-system update is available for your device.
- If the device is managed by your school, ask a teacher or IT administrator whether app installation is permitted.
- On a Windows or Mac computer, use your library's ePlatform website in a web browser.
