Viewing Your Subscription Plan
Your ePlatform subscription provides access to the Shared Collection. You can review your library’s current subscription from the ePlatform Admin area.
View your subscription plan
- Sign in to your ePlatform library using an administrator account.
- Open the Admin area.
- Select Subscription Plans.
- Review the subscription information displayed for your library.

Shared and Private Collections
- Shared Collection: The collection of titles made available through your ePlatform subscription.
- Private Collection: Additional titles purchased specifically for your school through the ePlatform Shop.
Titles purchased for your Private Collection are exclusive to your school and supplement the titles available through the Shared Collection.
Standard monthly loan limits
Most schools operate under the following monthly loan limits for the Shared Collection. Small School Plan limits are generally half the Full Plan limits.

Wellness Collection availability is currently limited to Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
Patron loan limits
Each patron is typically limited to two active loans from the Shared Collection at a time. The typical limit for the Wellness Collection is four active loans.
If your library is approaching a limit
Use the ePlatform Analytics area to review borrowing activity and identify whether your library is regularly approaching its monthly limits.
If your library is consistently nearing a limit, email support@eplatform.co. Include your library name and the collection or limit concerned. The ePlatform team can review the available options with you.
