Before you begin
Confirm that you are signed in with a staff account that has permission to access the Shop and complete purchases.
Class Sets are available for eligible eBooks only. A booking can include 3 to 150 copies for 1 to 12 months. Your school can have only one active Class Set for a title at a time.
Find an eligible Class Set
- Sign in to your school’s ePlatform portal.
- Select Shop.
- Use the Class Set filter to view eligible titles, or search for the required title.
- Open the title and select Class Set Booking.
Configure the booking
- Select the number of copies required.
- Select the required Class Set period.
- Review the dates, number of copies, and displayed price.
- Add the Class Set booking to your basket.
Availability and price depend on the title, copy count, and selected period.
Review and complete checkout
- Open your basket.
- Confirm the title, number of copies, booking period, and total price.
- Add any required purchase reference.
- Complete the order using one of the payment options shown at checkout.
For payment details, see Paying for Shop Purchases and Invoices.
After purchasing
Confirm that the Class Set appears in your library and test access with a reader account. Purchasing a Class Set does not automatically assign the title to students.
To assign it, see Assigning Books to Students.
If a title is not available
If the title is not listed as a Class Set, contact support@eplatform.co. Include your school name, the title and author, the number of copies required, and the preferred start and end dates.
