- Featured collections and events: Promote Book Week, reading challenges, or newly available collections.
- Library guidelines: Remind readers about borrowing limits or renewal policies.
- Sign-in alerts: Explain planned SSO changes or maintenance that may affect access.

You can open Site Notice from the Admin area's quick links:
- Sign in to your library's ePlatform portal as an administrator.
- Open the Admin area.
- Find Manage Library.
- Select Site Notice.
The quick-link navigation path is: Admin area → Manage Library → Site Notice.
You can also open it from the Admin sidebar: Admin area → Customise → Site Notice.
Create or update a notice
Step 1: Enter the notice title
Enter a brief heading in the Title field. The title should make the purpose of the notice clear.
Examples include:

Step 2: Enter the notice content
Enter the full announcement in the Content field. Include the information readers need to understand the notice and take any required action.
Format the notice content
The Content field supports Markdown formatting. You can use Markdown to add:
- bold text;
- bullet points; and
- links.
Use the Live Preview pane beside the editor to check how the formatted notice will appear while you type.
