Downloading and Installing the ePlatform App

Download the ePlatform app from the official app store for your device. Once installed, you can add your school or library and sign in.

Download the ePlatform app

Select the app store used by your device. The links below take you directly to the official ePlatform download page in each store.

Apple App Store

Use the Apple App Store to install ePlatform on a supported Apple device.

Download ePlatform on the Apple App Store

  1. Select the Download on the App Store button above.
  2. Follow the instructions shown by the App Store to download and install the app.
  3. When the installation is complete, open the ePlatform app.

Google Play

Use Google Play to install ePlatform on a supported Android device.

Get ePlatform on Google Play

  1. Select the Get it on Google Play button above.
  2. Follow the instructions shown by Google Play to download and install the app.
  3. When the installation is complete, open the ePlatform app.

Amazon Appstore

Use the Amazon Appstore to install ePlatform on a supported Amazon device.

Get ePlatform from the Amazon Appstore

  1. Select the Amazon Appstore button above.
  2. Follow the instructions shown by Amazon to download and install the app.
  3. When the installation is complete, open the ePlatform app.

After installing the app

Before you can sign in, you need to add your school or library to the app.

  1. Open the ePlatform app.
  2. Select Add New Library.
  3. Find your school or library by searching for its name, entering its setup code, or scanning its QR code.
  4. Select your school or library to open its sign-in page.

If you cannot install the app

  • Check that your device is connected to the internet.
  • Make sure you are using the correct app store for your device.
  • If the store displays an option to open the app, ePlatform is already installed.
  • If your device is managed by your school, ask a teacher, librarian, or IT administrator for help installing the app.
