Changing eBook Display Settings
You can personalise how text appears while reading an eBook. ePlatform lets you change the font, text size, colours, brightness, spacing, page layout, alignment, and night-reading mode.
You can adjust these settings at any time from inside the eBook Reader.

Open Display Settings
- Open Loans.
- Select the eBook you want to open.
- Select Read.
- Select the Aa icon inside the eBook Reader to open Display Settings.
Change the font and text size

| Font Style | Choose from 11 fonts, including OpenDyslexic. |
| Font Size | Choose from 36 different text sizes. |
Change the colours and brightness
| Setting | Available options |
|---|---|
| Background Colour | Choose from 18 page-background colours. |
| Text Brightness | Set the text brightness between 30 and 90. Higher numbers make the text darker. |
Change text spacing and alignment
| Setting | Available options |
|---|---|
| Letter Spacing | Choose a value from 0 (Standard) to 5 (Wide). |
| Word Spacing | Choose a value from 0 (Standard) to 9 (Wide). |
| Line Spacing | Choose a value from 1.0 (Compact) to 2.4 (Loose). |
| Text Alignment | Choose Left for standard left alignment or Justify for straight edges. |
Change the page layout
Use Page Layout to choose between:
- Single-Page: displays the eBook in one column.
- Two-Page: displays two pages side by side.
Use Night Reading Mode
Enable Night Reading Mode to display the eBook with a black background and soft white text.
Reset the display settings
Select Reset Default if you want to restore the standard eBook display settings.

How your settings are saved
ePlatform remembers the display settings you select. Your chosen font, text size, background colour, and other display preferences are applied when you open other eBooks on the same device.
