Navigating the eBook Reader
The eBook Reader includes controls for turning pages, moving quickly through the book, opening chapters, and accessing other reading tools. These controls appear after you open a borrowed eBook and select Read.

Open the eBook Reader
- Open Loans.
- Find the eBook you want to open.
- Select Read.
The eBook will open at your current reading position.
Show the reading menu
While the eBook is open, select the centre of the page to display the reading menu and its controls.
The controls available in the reading menu may look slightly different depending on your device and the eBook you are reading.
Turn pages
Use the page controls to move forward or backward through the eBook.

Move quickly through an eBook
The reading menu includes a scrollbar that you can use to move to another page without turning each page individually.
- Select the centre of the page to display the reading menu.
- Find the scrollbar at the side of the reader.
- Use the scrollbar to move to the required part of the eBook.
Move between chapters
If the eBook includes chapter information, you can use the chapter control to jump directly to another chapter.
- Select the centre of the page to display the reading menu.
- Select the chapter control:
- Select the chapter you want to open.
Find other reading tools
The reading menu also provides shortcuts to additional eBook tools.

ePlatform saves your reading position when you leave the eBook. The app can also synchronise your reading progress between devices when each device has an internet connection.
