In order to get SAML working with your eplatform you will need to import our meta-data file into your SSO environment.
You’ll also need to map some attributes for us – at minimum, we require Username and email.
Once you have imported our meta-data and mapped the attributes - Please let us know as we would need to switch the authentication to SAML
Then, you can go into your ePlatform and login as admin - click authentication and enable your SSO and enter your SSO endpoint address.
